I had a bad day today: a broken car window motor (just in time for cold weather), a smashed glass jar (that happened the second I walked in my door–it couldn’t have happened one second earlier outside?), and an entire soda dumped on the floor of my car (only myself to blame for that one). Add those things to an unexpected vet bill and a bit of bad news, and what do you get? “UGH!”
Then, since it was barely even past noon when all these things happened, I decided to look on the bright side–namely Emma Vance. No matter how cruddy my day was going, there she was, grinning and giggling, completely unaware of anything bad going on. So I had to take a picture (okay, a few pictures…) to remind myself that everything that matters can be summed up in my family, especially in Emma Vance. She’s so beautiful…

Great post. She is adorable and her room is beautiful. I have those kinds of days everyday. I have the worst luck. My engine blew in my car and they want a ton of money (that I don’t have) to fix it. I was thinking about getting a new car altogether or going to Auto Shopper and getting something cheap to get me from point A to B until I can get my car fixed. Thanks so much for sharing!
