Today we sprinkled my dear friend Katy (@stylinsophie for all you IGers out there) and her second baby, Greyson! I can’t say enough good things about Katy — and Emma Vance can’t get enough of her little girl, Sophie. When I was scrambling around this morning, gathering all sorts of fun party things to take to Katy’s gorgeous new house, E.V. was under foot, wanting to help pack everything up. I made the mistake of telling her that I was throwing a party at Miss Katy’s house (two of E.V.’s favorite things), and for the entire morning she was excited to go see Sophie. I didn’t have the heart to break it to her that she wasn’t invited, so I distracted her with a trip to Bagel Boys (her fave) before dropping her off at Ryan’s mom’s house (where she was so entertained that she totally forgot about the shower, thank goodness!). The sprinkle went off without a hitch, thanks to my co-hostesses Ashley (who brought the world’s most delicious chicken salad sandwiches — seriously I’m still thinking about them) and Kelly (who is a crafter extraordinaire and handled all the hand-made details)!
P.S. I’m so excited to meet little Grey in a few weeks, and for him to wear my gift. ;) (Katy’s a big fan of our pastor, Andy Stanley, so we had to have a little fun at her expense, haha!) Now on to the PICTURES!
