I’m officially 31 weeks pregnant…and 31 years old. Talk about a memorable intersection in life! Twenty-Something Talie would’ve never been able to envision that life would look like THIS on my 31st birthday, which gives Thirty-Something Talie a good chuckle.
I do have to admit that my brain hasn’t officially dealt with the fact that I’m 31 yet. In fact, if I’m honest with myself and my readers, I’m only about 25 in my mind…maybe 27 on occasion. (You know, when I don’t get carded or I meet a high schooler who asks if I SnapChat…) I suppose that’s a good thing, though, because if the adage that “you’re only as old as you feel” is true, then I’ve gained a few years in my denial. Hey, with how quickly life moves these days, I’ll take any time I can get! ;)
